Word, meaning and sound have enormous significance in mantravidya, and most especially for the mantrayana and kulavidya. It is not possible for active practitioners of this path to agree to the points made above. Such practitioners have intimate association with each varna of the varnamAla, vowels as well as consonants. Additionally, with the issues connected with "swara" about which nothing need be written in public. People may have different experiences in this infinite Universe, which has infinite mysteries, but it is not useful to be so dogmatic when there are many deep vidya of word, thought, consciousness and prana that define an integrated structure of Reality in so many of our Shaiva, Shakta and other schools of practice. One may name the pratyabhijnA, the unmanA, and so many, to illustrate but a few very well developed systems. You may ask those who have deep practice in the PARATRIMSIKA shastra, for example, to explain some aspects to you. Shubhamastu.
